I had all the four season room companies in town come by and give me a quote for a 12 x 20 enclosed patio room and I felt with each of them I could almost build a new house for the cost of the project they were quoting me. cory came in and showed me how with the Renaissance Patio roof product he could provide a enclosed room for almost 1/2 what the other guys wanted . I am so glad I called .

great company, they did exactly what they said they would do. I compared their pricing with competitors in the area and found they had a strong value to cost ratio i really felt I was being treated fare and my needs were all being addressedi in what I wanted for a New deck with a cover. I give the whole team a 10 out of 10

Cory was very informative and worked with me to design several options and variations of the type of Patio roof I was looking for, There was no pressure and I felt he was more focused on educating me and giving me all the information I needed to make a informed decision. The crews were polite and professional, cleaning up each day after themselves and leaving me with a gorgeous Deck and Patio roof cover I couldn’t be happier and would recommend Pivot Patio to anyone looking to improve their back yard living space.
